Delivery Address
We shall deliver items only to the address given on the original order. Goods will not be delivered to accommodation addresses, PO Box, parcel points, hotel, other anonymous addresses, or addresses which in the express opinion of Cruise International Records / Cruise Digital constitute an abuse of service.
We use Royal Mail for all our deliveries

All physical product delivery orders are fulfilled using Parcelforce. - International orders
All EU/rest of the world orders will be shipped by Royal Mail International Signed For. Delivery times may vary by country, so please contact us if you require further information.
Returns
If there is a problem with any of the items that you have received please contact us immediately, and we can arrange a refund.
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 you have the right to cancel or return within fourteen calendar days of the goods being delivered. Under the Regulations the Customer is responsible for all carriage return costs. The cancellation period will expire 14 calendar days after date of delivery.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item please contact us to arrange this, providing your order number and product details. We will notify you if there are additional funds to pay.
Currency
All prices are in £sterling and include VAT where applicable. If ordering outside the UK please check your local exchange rates.
Postal / shipping rates
These are indicated on the checkout pages when placing an order, and subject to regular updates.
Ownership and title in the goods does not pass to the Customer until full, cleared payment has been received, and goods have been delivered.
Date of delivery is defined within these Terms & Conditions as Seven working days after date of dispatch or sooner. All online Customers are emailed with date of dispatch information via pay pal.
Queries
Please allow a period of 14 days after receiving your order acknowledgement to check on the status of your order. Initially look on the website(s) for updates. When querying by email or letter, please have your acknowledgement number to hand along with your full name & address and customer details to hand.
